Why compromise on the comforts of home when you're away?

Our high-standard, self-catering apartments are available for short -or long term lease, all year round.

The apartments are named after the three regions joining at our area:

Lazio, Toscana and Umbria, each fully equipped and comfortably furnished for a pleasant stay. Outside the glass veranda doors there are covered patios with furniture, allowing for alfresco dining and BBQ's at all seasons. The lawn with sunbeds as well as the vineyard and the olive-orchard are right outside your doorstep.

Our apartments are suitable for 2 up to 8 people, with or without an additional ensuite bedroom. In the summer season the apartments are available for minimum one-week stays, with arrival/departure on Saturdays. Winter and spring/autumn season the rental periods are flexible.

Each apartment has a comfortably furnished living room with a TV, combined with a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, and a fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine. One apartment contains a separate sleeping alcove in addition to the bedroom. Baby cots and extra beds for additional guests can be placed in all apartments.

There is also the option of renting an addition bedroom with private bathroom for up to 4 persons (double bed + bunk bed). This extra bedroom have access from the porch, overlooking the guesthouse courtyard, and is not connected to the apartment itself.

Guests may bring their own bed linen and towels, or get it from the guesthouse (duvet cover/pillow case/towel) for an additional charge of

€ 12,- per person. Electricity, gas, water and cleaning at departure are included in rent. Groceries and household items are not included in rent.

Supermarkets and stores for groceries and household items are just  minutes away from CasaRemi Farmhouse. In addition, local market-days with all kinds of fresh products are taking place in the nearby villages every week. Bank, post office, pharmacy, and more are found in the villages a few minutes away.

Guests in our holiday apartments are welcome to use the common areas and all facilities at the guesthouse, as well as joining for events such as BBQ's and theme nights on site. The nearest beaches of Lake Bolsena are just a few minutes away, and sports gear and toys for kids are availableupon request.

Free of wifi is available at the property, and tourist information and other assistance are offered at the guesthouse front desk.
